● 產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用：

2. 用于塑料制品和拉絲中，增強光亮質(zhì)感，解決顏料與樹脂相溶性和分散性，本品相比傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品更易添加，減少拌料不均勻、下料口堵塞、粘壁、堵塞真空泵和模頭，塑化混煉過程中不均勻、螺桿打滑、薄膜局部噴霜、遷移和黃變等現(xiàn)象，可減少開口劑用量、降低成本、 延長螺桿使用壽命，適宜傳統(tǒng)工藝，特別適合自動上料工藝，提高制品抗刮傷性能和塑化效果，大大提高塑料表面光潔度和光滑度，達(dá)到制品光亮效果。
● 用法：
拌料時與樹脂同時添加或先稱應(yīng)添加比例的開口劑與幾公斤塑料預(yù)混合好再添加。
建議用量；0.1-0.3%。
● 包裝貯運：
產(chǎn)品用紙塑復(fù)合袋（內(nèi)襯PE袋）包裝，凈重25kg，不宜與有毒易污染物貯運，宜存放在避光、陰涼干燥通風(fēng)
處，貯存期半年、半年后檢驗合格可使用。
